The Telangana Nair Seva Society Matrimony Portal is an exclusive matrimonial platform designed to facilitate introductions between eligible individuals seeking marriage within the community. The Portal serves only as a medium for communication and does not guarantee any marriage alliance or compatibility.

To register on this Portal, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (for women) or 21 years of age (for men), or as prescribed by applicable Indian law.
• Be legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you.
• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information.
• Register only on your own behalf or on behalf of an immediate family member with their consent.

By registering, you agree that:

• All information submitted is true and accurate.
• You will promptly update your profile if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You will not create multiple accounts.
• The Society reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles containing false, misleading, or inappropriate information.

Members agree to use the Portal responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassing, abusing, or offensive communication with other members.
• Sharing commercial advertisements, spam, or links to external unapproved portals.
• Uploading inappropriate, obscene, or copy-protected media content.
• Using data obtained from the Portal for commercial purposes or distribution.

• Certain features, access, or profile activations on the Portal may require payments or subscription fees.
• All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• The Society reserves the right to change membership fee packages without prior notice.

• We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to screen profiles, photos, and identity documents submitted for registration.
• The Society may reject, edit, or remove profiles that violate community standards or fail internal validation parameters.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp updates, and emails from the Society regarding registration, account updates, membership updates, community events, or matrimonial matching services.

Telangana Nair Seva Society:

• Does not conduct complete background verification of every individual member.
• Does not guarantee compatibility or a successful marriage outcome.
• Is not responsible for any personal disputes arising between individual members.
• Shall not be liable for financial loss, emotional distress, or damages resulting from interactions through the Portal.

Members use the Portal entirely at their own discretion, caution, and risk.

All website infrastructure content, including text, logos, custom graphics, portal code, layout architecture, and overall design, belongs entirely to Telangana Nair Seva Society unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, extraction, or distribution is prohibited.

The Society reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activities, or misuses the database infrastructure.

These Terms may be modified at any time without prior notification layout alerts. Continued utilization of the Matrimony Portal constitutes immediate acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
